Terms of service

These terms apply when you use tejasmanna.com or buy trees and services from Tejas Manna (“we,” “us”), a tree planting and care business in Austin, Texas. By placing an order, you agree to them.

What we do

We sell trees and plant them at your home. We also offer care after planting: maintenance, watering visits, and pruning. We also sell potted patio citrus, delivered to your home. Each order covers the trees, sizes, and add-ons you chose at checkout.

Service area and season

We plant at homes within 15 miles of our Austin home base. Our planting season runs October through March. You can order at any time, and orders placed outside the season are planted once it opens.

Your planting date

We order your trees from our nursery after you order, so planting is usually at least 3–4 weeks out. We'll email you to confirm your planting date. If weather, stock, or crew availability makes us change it, we'll contact you to find a new one.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include planting labor for the trees you buy. Texas sales tax is added at checkout. You pay in full when you order. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.

Before we arrive

• Make sure we can reach the planting spot (unlocked gates, pets secured).
• Tell us about anything buried near the spot, such as sprinkler lines, private electric or gas lines, or a septic system.
• If you have an HOA, get any approval it requires for new trees.

After planting

Young trees need regular water for their first year. Unless you've bought a care plan that covers it, watering is your responsibility, and we'll show you how at planting. Trees are living things, and growth rates, bloom, fruit, and final size vary with weather, soil, and care.

Cancellations, refunds, and warranty

Cancellations, refunds, and our 12-month tree warranty are covered by our refunds, cancellations & warranty policy, which is part of these terms.

Limits on our liability

We plant carefully and stand behind our work as described in our warranty. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for damage to buried lines or systems you didn't tell us about.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
